Cancer has left an indelible mark on my life and the lives of my loved ones. From witnessing my Nan’s courageous battle with breast cancer to supporting my partner through their own journey, cancer’s presence has been constant.

That’s why I chose to participate in an extraordinary event in support of Cancer Research UK. This organization has been a beacon of hope in the fight against cancer, not only for my family but for countless others worldwide. I felt compelled to give back and do my part.

The event itself was a test of both physical and mental strength. Training was grueling, and doubts crept in, but with the unwavering support of incredible coaches and fellow participants, I persevered. And I’m proud to say, I made it through all three rounds! 🥊

The experience was exhilarating from start to finish. From the nerves of registration to the rush of adrenaline walking out to a cheering crowd, every moment was unforgettable. And the most rewarding

part? Knowing that I was contributing to something greater, something that could truly make a difference in the fight against cancer.

To anyone considering taking on a challenge like this, my advice is simple: go for it! Embrace the hard work, relish the journey, and know that regardless of the outcome, you’ll emerge feeling empowered and proud.

I extend heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported me along this journey, and to Cancer Research UK for affording me this incredible opportunity. Together, we can continue to push back against cancer and bring hope to countless lives. Thank you for being a part of this vital mission
