A local car salesman has bravely swapped the showroom for the ring to raise money for charity.
Indi Dhassi, 24, from Kettering works in the sales department at Croyland. But for the past couple months, he’s also been training to fight in his second Ultra White Collar Boxing event. Following his thrilling fight, Indi was able to raise hundreds of pounds for Khalsa Aid International. Indi grew up loving boxing, and as a child would avidly watch sporting legends go toe to toe. In 2023, he decided to pick up the gloves and compete in his first UWCB boxing fundraiser. Ever since, he’s been keen to get back in the ring, and this year has returned to compete in the UWCB heavy-weight division.
