Training location

Your training will start Sunday 2nd February at Splott Adventure Amateur Boxing Club, Inside Ocean Park Arena, Beignon Cl, Ocean Way, Cardiff CF24 5HF.

Sessions will run every Monday and Wednesday, with two time slots.

Monday 7:30pm-8:30pm all females and males under 83kg,

Monday 8:30pm-9:30pm all males over 83kg,

Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm all females and males under 83kg,

Wednesday 8:30pm-9:30pm all males over 83kg,
